On 21 December 2021, with the judgments on the joined cases C-146/20, C-188/20, C-196/20 and C-270/20, on the cases C-263/20 and C-395/20, the E.U. Court has ruled that the flight must be considered canceled in the event of an advance of more than one hour. Furthermore, that the company must answer for the financial compensation even if the booking has not been sent to it.
