Articoli Correlati: Confirmation Statement in U.K

The Confirmation Statement constitutes the declaration that Companies House sends to verify the data of a company and represents one of the fundamental acts when a new company is established; once the data is registered, all information is published in the public register. The document in question can be authorized and filled in by an administrator, a secretary, a member of the LLP or LLPs. It replaces the previous model that took the name of Annual Return. The Confirmation Statement must be completed by Companies House at least every 12 months and can be done either on paper or online. For new companies, the review period starts from the date of incorporation. It is worth noting that the advantages of online compilation are different: the paper model consists of two parts, each of 28 pages. Furthermore, the cost is 40 Pounds against the 13 Pounds required for online compilation. During the completion of the form, companies are required to check the information registered at Companies House and to update all necessary data. Failure to complete the confirmation statement constitutes a criminal offense and involves the personal liability of the directors.
